Role Description
Salesforce.com Architect with 9-14 years' experience and 9 years of SFDC development and configuration experience with good SFDC development experience and integration experience with good communication skills and prior exposure in customer facing roles. The role is expected to demonstrate strong technical and configuration skills in SFDC to provide solution architecture, design tradeoffs, and provide leadership setting best practices for SFDC design and implementation.

Desired Skills and Expertise
Essential/Required
Proven functional / technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle Sales Cloud SFDC implementations and at least 5 years of SFDC experience
Experience in executing SFDC multi country full lifecycle rollouts
Extensive experience in SFDC Sales Cloud on application design, architecture and development on Force.com platform using APEX and Visual Force
Strong experience in webservices, REST API and implementing common integration patterns between Force.com, ERP and CRM systems and exposure on middleware that supports SFDC platforms like Jitterbit, Informatica, etc.
Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC (e.g. SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, etc.)
Ability to define data migration strategies considering data volumes, environments and define data migration approach
Experience in migration of SFDC objects, metadata among SFDC environments and sound understanding on complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed at least 1 complex data migration to SFDC
Strong on SFDC security models, to design solution to address the security complexities
Strong technical skills in SFDC to provide solution architecture, design tradeoffs, and provide technical leadership setting best practices for design and implementation and provide business solutions
Good exposure to agile project execution methodologies and should be process oriented
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and experience in customer facing roles
Demonstrated leadership skills working with customers and peers
Advance level SFDC certifications (Advanced Administrator, SFDC Sales Cloud, Advanced Developer / SFC Platform Developer 2)

Preferred
Strong technical foundation in advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc. and good understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
Ability to perform evaluation, testing and successful implementation of modifications and upgrades on SFDC
Ability to manage, oversee, and resolve SFDC related initiatives, defects and enhancements
Ability to handle data management inclusive of data load, data translation, data hygiene, data migration and integration
Recommend to team members or customers the appropriate and optimal use/configuration of a custom build solution
Aptitude for taking on technical challenges and ability to think independent and creative
