Job Description 
Minimum four-year degree in CS or related field, higher degree is an advantage.
• Excellent analysis, consulting and communication skills.
• Experience with complex data analysis, data migrations, and system integration.
• Strong Oracle SQL query development.  Experience with larger DB schemas of more than 1K tables is a plus.
• Previous experience in lead customer-facing roles on professional services engagements.
• Experienced in team leadership: directing, motivating, coaching, mentoring and interviewing.
• Hands-on experience with XML, UML, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, etc.), JMS, and SQL.
• Experience in complex data analysis, data migrations, and system integration of software products into complex IT environments
• Development experience on the Linux operating system.  
• Experience with Design Patterns and Enterprise Integration Patterns, including file transfers, messaging, routing, transforming, enriching, etc.
• Experience with source control software (Perforce), unit testing (JUnit), and build automation/CI (Jenkins).
• Familiarity with Citrix capabilities.
• Experience with agile development methodology such as SCRUM or Kanban
• Participates in HE-CM implementation projects as technical lead and implementation specialist
• Responsible for technical sprint planning following Agile methodology.
• Responsible for technical sprint execution.  This is the main responsibility that includes hands-on delivery of technical tasks in time and high quality.  Such tasks include designing and coding scripts, translation mappings, DB queries, automations, etc. in support to the implementation project. 
• Provides timely progress reporting of technical tasks to the internal/external teams
• Responsible for implementation internal technical documentation to facilitate turning implementations over to support team after go-live.
• Provides data analysis and develops reports for customer and internal utilization
• Responsible for investigation and troubleshooting of technical issues during implementation.
• Lead high-level Solution Design 
• Lead estimation and staffing processes
• Own overall technical scope and delivery planning 
• Manage delivery timeline
• Lead quality assurance process
• Track both project progress and budget spend for technical deliverables
• Coordinate delivery with client teams and third-party partners
• Arbitrage decisions related to technical deliverables
• Manage stabilization phase
• Conduct transition to support and Managed Services teams
• Perform all job functions consistent with policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII
