Job description:
• 5+ years' experience in operations/program management role.
• Demonstrated self-starter and analytical thinker who problem solves and goes beyond job description to make sure goals are achieved.
• Very organized, detail-oriented, ability to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
• Fast and comfortable with various software programs, including strong Excel and database skills.
• Willingness to take leadership and initiative for researching and upgrading technology and optimizing processes for customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Experience facilitating new product launches through operational support a big plus

Program Management:
• Orchestrate on-boarding of new clinical centers (customers): accounts provisioning and training of clinical staff
• Orchestrate on-boarding of new patients (end-users): staging-kitting and delivery of smartwatch devices and training of end-users
• Orchestrate upgrading of the technology platform ensuring minimum impact to customers and end-users
• Orchestrate HIPAA privacy and security audit of the platform and process of the Service Operation Team: including Customer Support, TechOps, Device Staging-Kitting

Operations Management:
• Ensure the established Service Level Agreement are met by the Service Operation Team
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and security compliance by the Service Operation Team
• Plan and budget for the expansion of the Service Operations as new clinical centers and patients are on-boarded
• Establish the workflow and process for inter-team communications and support escalations
