Job Description
  • Experience performing day-to-day Remedy configuration and security changes
  • Experience with administering Remedy (on-premise) as well as cloud hosted offering (Remedy OnDemand)
  • Configure MyIT Self-Service application
  • Configuration and administration of optional services such as Analytics, Digital workplace, Virtual Chat and Client Management
  • Deploy, Test and promote changes through Dev/Sandbox/QA/Production environments
  • Liaise with vendor (BMC) to resolve complex support issues
  • Experience using other BMC tools such as Truesight
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)
  • Technical IT Operations background
  • Strong experience with automation scripting
