Location: Princeton, NJ with travel to Rockville, MD as required.
Duration: Long Term (1 year or greater)
Function: Medical Writing / Regulatory Affairs
Responsibilities:
  •  Seasoned technical and business savvy project manager with eNarrative medical writing experience in Regulatory Affairs.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry especially in area of Regulatory Affairs
  • Must have experience managing a large team of 8-12 resources varying from developers, architect, business analyst, T&V tester, business team etc.
  • Strong background in managing home grown systems
  • Detailed project planning skills and ability to manage from a project plan.
  • Assertive and be able to successfully "drive" their project team to completion.
  • Excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skill
  • Business analyst skills and detailed approach in documentation of meeting minutes, meeting facilitation, and follow-up
  • Able to manage complex, large scale projects with budget ($1- $3M+) and duration (12-18 months+)
  • Very strong ability to think conceptually and forward thinking all of the time
  • Strong prioritization skill, strong analysis and problem solving skill
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, able to gauge the need for influence, and diplomacy, given various situations and differing team personalities
  • Able to manage across multiple Workstreams with good presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and a strong drive for result
  • A go getter and able to articulate message clearly to stakeholders and steering committee.
  • Take full accountability of the project and drive projects throughout all the SDLC phases and provide technical and process guidance to the team
  • Critical eye for details
