About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Front-­end Web Developer to contribute to the vision and creation of amazing interactive Web customer experiences. You will work closely with front-end creative teams and back-end software engineers. This position will require a dynamic, results-oriented individual who can handle a fast paced environment and react quickly to changing client needs.

What we are looking for:
A candidate that can develop Screens and document how the functionality works along with Eligibility experience

Essential Functions:
  • Work closely with the business, product and technology teams to define and implement industry leading digital experiences that meet user needs and satisfy business requirements within development timelines
  • Design and create elegant, intuitive, engaging and effective User Experience flows and User Interface designs
  • Create prototype, wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows to effectively communicate and implement interaction and design ideas with responsive web design.
  • Using design software like Photoshop and Illustrator and Icon creator
  • HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript Knowledge
  • Responsive Design
  • Accessibility web design (Like ARIA, Sec 508)
  • Oversee entire UI and UX life-cycle on assigned web platforms
  • Incorporate UX research tools, data, personas, competitive analysis and metrics to help shape User Experiences.
  • Testing/Debugging & Browser Developer Tools
  • Facilitate delineation of stakeholders' collective digital product vision by researching, conceiving, wire framing, prototyping, mocking-up and presenting alternative UI/UX designs
  • Revise and iterate UI/UX designs based on user activity analysis, feedback and testing; Ensure that designs are properly implemented, iteratively adapting and testing across browsers and devices
  • Collaborate on alternatives when scope or technical implementation challenges arise
  • Enjoy communicating and presenting alternatives, taking direction and feedback from stakeholders, staying organized and managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Work comfortably in an Agile and Iterative style of website development
  • Gauge the usability of new and existing features, and make constructive recommendations for change
  • Be an excellent communicator with the ability to talk about your designs in terms of users and business objectives
  • Bring a creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and user-centered design principles, and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
  • Possess aptitude to learn additional technology platforms as needed to support strategic initiatives
  • Comply with all Identity Group policies and procedures; Maintain confidentiality of Company & associate information
  • Perform other job functions as assigned by manager or designee
Education and Experience:
  • 4+ years' UI/UX design experience
  • Government or Healthcare Background
  • Strong experience in documentation (BA Skills)
  • Proficient in Adobe, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop and Illustrator and Icon creator or similar
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript; RAZOR skills a plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing broad range of UX/UI
  • Strong portfolio showcasing accessibility web design (Like ARIA, Sec 508)
Strong experience in providing solutions to responsive Design
