Essential Job Functions:

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements
• Supports clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the CRM solutions to the business. This role uses consulting skills, technical and business knowledge to architect, design and manage an efficient CRM environment to deliver value-added products to the clients.

• Expert in customizing Dynamics CRM using WebAPIs, Angular/JQuery JS framework and C# for writing plugins.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Evaluate current business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality
• Provide insight into designs, verify test conditions, and assist with User Acceptance Testing and Demonstrations
• Develop and maintain detailed functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Customer Service Management System
• Assist in documenting business requirements document for its implementation of Business Development System using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016
• Architect / design CRM system, related customizations, and portals

Certification Requirements:
• Microsoft Dynamics Certified Professional – GP 2013 and CRM 2013
• Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCSE/MCSA/MCITP) – Server 2012/SharePoint/SQL Server/Exchange
• VMware Certified Professionals (VCP) – ESX 5.0/ESX 5.5

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Need a CRM Technical developer who has expertise in C# for writing plugins and
• Expertise in customizing CRM using WebAPIs and Angular/JQuery JS framework
• Knowledge of Angular4 and Bootstrap4
• Deep Know-How and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation life-cycle
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts (i.e. Configuration, Customization, Workflow, Integration, etc.)
• Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration methods (Web services,)
• Good knowledge of CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit
• Good knowledge of CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development
• Knowledge of Programming languages – C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO, Silverlight
• Need a CRM Technical developer who has expertise in C# for writing plugins and
• Expertise in customizing CRM using WebAPIs and Angular/JQuery JS framework
• Knowledge of CRM development or integration best practices
• Good knowledge of Technical specifications documentation
• Understanding of data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services
• Understanding of SQL Reporting Services and MOSS/SharePoint Services
