Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationship with stakeholders
  • Work with IT Relationship Manager and Collaboration & Knowledge subject matter specialists to elicit requirements
  • Analyze and validate requirements against the Collaboration & Knowledge strategy and the existing technology portfolio
  • Develop value metrics (working with the project team) and value proposition for the project
  • Work with Solution Architect to fully define and understand the technical and process solution and communicate this in business language to stakeholders and interested parties from a process, technology, people and financial POV
  • Assist with development of Test Scripts to ensure they align with acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Be proficient in developing and explaining business process flow diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, user stories or use cases, Business Requirements Definition and associated documentation
Requirements:
  • Understand the principles and practices involved in planning, managing, and implementing change projects and programs
  • Ability to act quickly on issues and requests associated with business needs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong competence in packaging complex ideas into simply business-ready documentation
  • Team player who is self-managing, works well under pressure, with excellent inter-personal skills to work with employees and all levels across multiple initiatives
  • Must be comfortable working in a global environment with distributed business partnership network onshore and offshore
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office applications and MS Visio
  • Some experience with data architecture and associated representation models
  • 8-10 years business experience focused on business, process or systems analysis and requirements management
  • 8-10 experience in an international or globally distributed organization
  • Ability to travel freely within the US or globally as the situation arises
