Job Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis – Identify, analyze, document, and validate current state processes. Create 'to be' process models and workflows. Facilitate working sessions and workshops with process stakeholders. Evaluate opportunities to streamline and improve business process where appropriate. Remediate process issues through the facilitation of root cause analysis and create and implement innovative, effective business process improvements.
Business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Coordinate the testing criteria, user role definition, test execution, and follow-on continuous improvement activities for UAT testing

BI / Analytics & Reporting – establish a feedback process and associated metrics that will be used to measure effectiveness of the business process(es) as well as the analytical capabilities to monitor progress so that the business can adjust course, if needed, based on feedback results.

Minimum of 6 years of business analysis experience in operations or customer support organization.
Outstanding analytical skills and demonstrated ability to exchange complex information effectively to reach agreement in ambiguous or difficult situations
Ability to work effectively with a variety of teams both from the business and technical side of the house.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team of analysts and/or developers
Advanced knowledge data analysis and analytic/reporting tools.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Technical Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of experience developing of queries, stored procedures, views and functions using SQL (Structured Query Language)
Experience with various RDBMS technologies (MS SQL Server, DB2, Oracle...)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Expert level capabilities with Visio and Excel preferred
Familiarity with analytical tools (Tableau, Qlik, OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy)
