The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the analytical processes for the Production Chemicals team, to include forecasting, project management, and report development.

Finance driven business partner Focus on improving business processes Develop and implement value added analytics Report development utilizing Cognos Improving and maintaining strong internal controls Act as point person and liaise with the peers in finance/accounting groups within LSG Create impactful analysis related to the annual operating plan, quarterly and monthly forecasting, and monthly results Drive implementation of LSG best practices in standardized reporting, analysis and procedures Effectively work with business partners located remotely in the US and Europe Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years progressive finance/accounting experience Candidate will have a proven history of forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting. The ability to make logical assumptions, incorporate external and internal information, and effectively benchmark results against appropriate baselines. Intuition to identify and implement process improvements is strongly desired. Strong written communication skills, along with clear and concise verbal skills, are required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to obtain operational buy-in with easy to understand analysis and presentations. The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple assignments, has good judgment and prioritizes projects and time effectively. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to continued learning, shows career progression and development, and seeks opportunities to stretch capabilities. Excellent skills with MS Excel; skills with CMR/HFM, Data Warehouses, Oracle Hyperion, COGNOS, and/or SQL preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant major.
