Job Description:
  • Employee to perform administrative duties in the Claims department.
  • Answering phones (dealing with internal/external customers, and insurance companies, use of Law Manager, Serengeti, iManage, running reports, typing up routine letters, scanning, faxing, preparing FEDEX's, and provide secretarial duties to the litigation attorney.
  • Proofreading and accuracy are important.
  • A lot of data entry - working with figures.
  • Previous experience in a law office a plus.

  • High school degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and data entry.
