Performs a wide range of administrative support to the HR Services team where judgment is required. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the Aeronautics OBC (onboarding/offboarding) activities: - In-processing and out-processing of employees and related documentation - Contact candidates prior to start date to answer questions and assist with completion of pre-onboarding documents - Execute Homeland Security procedures, Provide information on OBC and HR Services policies and procedures - Interface professionally and responsibly with internal and external customers at all levels - Ensure all documents processed are maintained for audit compliance - Schedule OBC training rooms - Open and close OBC facility, ensuring rooms are secure, computers are updated and room prep complete - Maintain and update excel spreadsheets and various HR information systems, forms and processes - Provide enterprise-wide administrative support as required - Support special assignments/projects.
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) - Able to handle and prioritize multiple, competing assignments in a dynamic environment, being flexible and adaptable - Good problem solving skills - Effective communicator - Highly organized and detail oriented.
Previous HR assistant experience - Knowledge and experience with HRIS systems (Kenexa/BrassRing or other applicant tracking system, People, VisiFLOW) - Knowledge of I-9/eVerify - Experience with PowerPoint - Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
