Day to Day Work:
  • Day to day work will be part of a project team to work  and  to swap out devices and then update drivers on local computers and Igel thin clients so that printing works normally for the customers. There will be multiple printers being swapped out at once which is why the number of resources is needed. As a secondary part of this project, if there is any downtime with the migration, may spend time following up with previous installs to make sure everything is working ok since the installation.
  • The resources could also be used to help with a Lifecycle Refresh going on to swap out old desktop equipment with newer equipment and a new desktop image. This would be if there is a really long downtime between the different installations going on or if the number of devices to install are low for the period of time.
