Day to Day Work:
In this role, you will provide technical service support, installation, configuration, and problem resolution for printers and print queue in pc/network environment. Required: 5+ years previous hands-on printers, print queues, Print management, MMC, and server management console (2012) support experience. Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving, strong interpersonal, time management and customer service skills. Leadership skill and assist in developing service SOP?s. Ability to understand and assist is repair and parts replacement, printers and servers. Have knowledge of print servers, and network protocol environment. Full understanding of Microsoft operating systems, and complete familiarization with internal microcomputer components. Repair skills, printers and other company supported products. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Working knowledge of both routers and switches in local area networks and wide area networks. You must be proficient with Microsoft applications, Windows 10, office 2016 and Windows Server 2012. You must be able to resolve TCPIP/DNS issues. Attain working knowledge of Active Directory and Direct Access utilizing group policies and SCCM. You must possess positive, constructive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in team environment.
