Assistant Network is responsible for providing support to the network field group. Job functions consist of creating purchase orders for entire Network team. Possibility of handling invoice receiving, maintaining contact lists for work groups and reporting later on depending on need and performance.

Candidate will be expected to provide the highest possible quality and reliability in both clerical and technical areas, including interfacing with various departments such as: engineering, purchasing, sourcing, items, contracts, etc. At minimum, a AA degree or equivalent.

Candidate must be highly proficient utilizing Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related Windows-based software.

Candidate must be able to work as part of a support staff in a technical office environment.

Must have the ability to multitask, adhere to process and focus on detail while supporting a high volume of requests.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft (Purchasing System), creation of purchase orders a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience.
