Description
Administrative Assistant to director and assigned personnel. Provide administrative support and coordination of daily schedules, telephone, E-mail communication, International travel and expense reports, and ordering of office supplies. Must have extensive knowledge in travel policies both domestic and international to make complex travel arrangements. Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook is required. Assist Manager(s) and perform a variety of administrative duties such as report composition, correspondence and memorandums, review drafts and finished documents for appropriate format and language. Ability to type 55 words per minute. Professional interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and self-motivation are essential, as well as a demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic, team environment. 
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory:

Familiarity w/ the LM travel software and be comfortable with complex international travel planning, modifying, and expense report preparation.
