Day to Day Work:
  • Desktop/laptop; hardware/software; break fix and desk side support; server smarthands; basic networking
Required Skills:
  • PC/Workstation Hardware, Advanced
  • PC/Workstation Software, Advanced
  • Networking/Communications Software, Experienced
  • Server Hardware, Experienced
  • Desk-side Software Support (DSS), Advanced
  • Attention to detail.
  • Responsive – aggressively respond and react to users issues or requests.
  • Ability to create scripts for automating application loads to multiple machines.

Pre-screening Requirements:
  • Site is a combination of manufacturing/production and office environment.
  • There may be a steel toed shoes requirements for production areas.
  • Any applicant that might have sensitivity to noise will not be a good fit.
  • Clear English communication skills a must.
