Day to Day Work:
  • General hardware break/fix of laptops, desktops, some server work.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software issues to maintain business continuity.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair printers (HP, Lexmark), phones, peripheral equipment and other devices like iPhones, iPads, and MS Surface.
  • New hardware upgrades; installs, moves, adds, changes in a laptop and desktop environment.
  • Optimizing hardware/software/networking products and configurations as scripted ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills / Experience:
  • MUST HAVE strong L3 break fix experience.
  • A+ Certification.
  • Laptop PC, Install/Support,Advanced.
  • Desktop PC. Install/Support,Advanced.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment utilizing Desktop/Helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Face-to-face support as well as remote support experience.
  • Needs a thorough understanding of Windows 7 & 10 and PC hardware.
  • Needs a thorough understanding of MS Office 2010 support.
  • PC imaging and setup proficiency.
  • Should be well organized and have good communication skills as he/she will be interfacing directly with the customer.
  • Technical and procedural documentation skills are a plus.
  • Experience working with Bloomberg application is a plus (or financial company IT support experience).
  • Provide troubleshooting, problem solving and on-site technical support for all hardware/software computer deployments and related issues for all levels of users.
  • Analyze, test, implement and support the rollouts of new client equipment such as PCs, laptops, and tablets.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and support all aspects of the client infrastructure, including PC hardware, software installs, and networking.
  • Optimizing hardware/software/networking products and configurations as scripted and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage users in Active Directory and image PCs using SCCM.
  • Ability to work in high pace environment and financial company background(or other similar environment) a plus.
