Critical requirements:
  • Strong experience with recruitment       
  • Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interviewer skills and experience               
  • Strong experience in resume review and prescreening
  • High accuracy in tracking and reporting on large volumes of data               
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Perform initial resume screening to ensure packages delivered to IT Project Managers include only appropriate candidates that match the specification
  • Schedule interviews, including preparation of interview packages, room reservation, security access
  • Following up with IT Project Managers to ensure candidates assessments and other relevant forms (i.e Anti-Nepotism and Provisioning forms), are accounted for and completed for start date within appropriate time parameters
  • Track and report on pipeline actions
  • Provide recruitment activity metrics and statistics
  • Work with vendors, procurement staff, and Project Managers to resolve issues that arise
  • Review new requests, perform quality review
  • Data management
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Support IT Finance as needed.

  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Maintain professionalism and customer service demeanor at all times
  • Ability to multi task
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and management in a mature and tactful manner. 
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance, Human Resource Management, or related area
  • Candidates must possess 4-6yrs of recruitment, HR, accounting, budget, and/or procurement experience
  • strong data analysis and presentation skills
Required Experience:
  • Experience in IT recruitment, 3+ years
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to manage complex data and databases with high degree of accuracy
  • Able to manage and meet multiple competing deadlines
  • Familiarity with budget, and procurement processes/requisition life cycle.
