Duties include government folder documentation, purchase order maintenance and interface with functional organizations and supplier management. May involve terms and conditions negotiations for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to Purchase Orders. Develops solutions to complex problems such as invoices, deliveries, and discrepancies which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree
• Ability to work in a fast paced high volume environment
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of P2P (Procure to Pay) or SAP.
