Chief Administrative Officer - Non Exempt

Job Description:
  • Chief Administrative Officer role supporting Senior HR Business Partners on the Global Human Resources Leadership team.
  • Actively manages strategic initiatives of significant Human Resources deliverables to internal clients/lines of business.
  • Manages highly complex special projects related to budget, business plans, risk-related items, regulatory items, communications, executive presentations and implementation of policies, standards, processes, and/or strategic projects.
  • Analyzes project implementation status and provides feedback to senior managers.
  • Solves complex issues in implementation to make recommendations for improving the project status.
  • Works closely with the HR Leadership Team members to understand their needs and provides appropriate guidance, direction, and support.
  • Plans and administers business-led programs such as people-related management, global location strategy, meeting management, etc.
  • Contributes to the achievement of Human Resources strategy and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required, MBA preferred.
  • 8-10years of experience in Human Resources, Financial Services industry or business partner function strongly preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years in project management experience needed.
  • Strong client-service skills required for this strategic support role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications required.
  • PeopleSoft, Oracle, Tableau and Taleo application experience a plus.
  • Robust business writing and commination skills needed.
  • Strong desire to succeed in a teamwork environment with willingness to behands-on.
