IT Risk Analyst I

The IT Engineering & Operations (E&O) Business Operations Analyst will report to the Direct of the Business Office and is responsible for supporting the E&O organization with management of internal control issues, maintenance of organizational resource records, and other financial and procurement processes.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Information Technology Controls
Work with subject matter experts throughout the E&O organization to document identified internal control weaknesses and information security and technology risks, develop appropriate remediation steps, and track them through timely resolution. This role will also prepare regular executive level reporting and coordinate status updates with issue owners to ensure committed timelines are met.
 
Organization Resource Records
Work with managers and directors to update and maintain organization resource records and keep multiple source and reporting systems in sync. Provide recurring reports across the E&O organization. Assist managers with creation and submission of resource requisition requests, including tracking through fulfillment.
 
Financial and Procurement Processes
Support the other E&O Business Office functions, including financial forecasts, procurement, and invoice processing as needed.
 
Risk
Proactively identify, assess and manage risk across all areas of responsibility.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
• IT Internal Controls background / experience
• Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities
• Ability to tailor communications appropriate to the level and interest of others
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of technology infrastructure preferred
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or similar area of study
• Highly developed problem-solving skills with Excel and database technology/reporting
