Required Skills

  • Minimum 7 Years Experience with management of timeline as Desired and Making sure the tasks are as per the scheduled date and timely reporting of the project status to the management as per the project plan
  • Minimum 7 Years Experience in Business Analysis and Project Management Techniques, SCRUM and Agile Development Methodologies and Sprint Delivery

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Streamlined POS project aims to modernize and improve the interview, change actions and processing for the users of the Paperless Office System (POS) in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). By ensuring that activities in the SNAP classic POS are redesigned, integrated, or automated in subsequent phases of SPOS, this project will increase worker efficiency by ensuring full functionality, provide application stability and ensure best use.

Tasks & Duties
  • Develop comprehensive project management plans
  • Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Manage project execution from start through completion
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Provide management reporting and information dissemination
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Publish project meeting agendas and minutes from discussions
  • Provide project quality assurance
  • Develop quality assurance metrics to measure outputs
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Ensure all projects changes meets the developed quality assurance metrics before it is released to the user community
