Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities include: all back-office methods of direct sourcing candidates and fulfillment, and highly focused on savings achieved through direct to market strategies. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting a portion of the day-to-day administrative tasks which include, but are not limited to, interview scheduling, offer creation and requisition processing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 2 years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR
English is the minimum required language
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Boolean Search and data mining experience strongly preferred
Sourcing and candidate management
Resume screening/mining
Excel / PowerPoint / SharePoint
Strong interpersonal skills needed
Multitasking, prioritization and proven organizational skills
Experience with Taleo is highly preferred
