We are seeking qualified Technical Recruiters to work at our corporate office in Englewood, CO. We look for individuals who are driven, competitive, passionate, people focused and willing to do what it takes to accomplish a goal. The Technical Recruiter position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing and consulting services to Softec Solutions clients in a fast-paced environment. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with candidates and the community at large. 
  • Perform full cycle recruiting efforts including, but not limited to; posting job openings, sourcing, screening, qualifying applicants, networking, cold calling, scheduling interviews, conduct reference checks, negotiations / job offer, etc.
  • Identify qualified candidates for IT related positions as placements for Softec clients located locally and nationwide, through our proven screening methodology.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to identify new and build on existing business. 
  • Present new recruiting ideas and concepts to internal team to expand our market presence. 
  • Assess and prioritize recruiting needs to attract top talent.
  • Proactively network with professionals in the local market to build a formidable reputation and provide future employment opportunities.  
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with Softec clients.
Job Requirements
  • 1-3 years of professional recruiting experience within the staffing industry.  Preferred candidates will exhibit technical recruiting experience, including contingent workforce staff augmentation services. 
  • Experienced in contract and permanent placement recruiting within short-term deadlines.
  • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder Dice, Monster, etc. in addition to cold calling, networking and finding creative sourcing options.
  • Goal oriented and team player.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to function / recruit on a national, semi-national level.
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn Softec Solutions internal database and processes and proceedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
