Job Description:

Part Time HR Assistant/Healthcare Compliance Coordinator: Performs a wide variety of Human Resource administrative tasks to ensure the company is adhering to the compliance and credentialing requirements of our Client contract(s).  This individual will primarily carry out HR duties that support the hiring/onboarding of new employees and work to complete personnel files and any other documentation necessary prior to beginning employment with VALiNTRY.

This position will begin as part-time but develop into full time position as this division grows.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process with new hire paperwork to include background checks, screenings, credentialing, verifications and the completion all required paperwork to begin employment and to assure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Build rapport with candidates via phone, text message, and email and represent the VALiNTRY brand with high levels of customer service in accordance with our Values.
  • Maintain employee credentials and certifications in a CRM and provides notifications to recruitment team and employees regarding the expiration and updating of credentials and certifications.
  • Manage resources, time and organizational skills to meet deadlines, solve problems, prioritize tasks, follow through on projects and document results.
  • Verifies licenses and certifications
  • Respects the rights and privacy of others and holds employee protected health information (PHI) or other personal information in strict confidence.
  • Assist with file audits.
  • Data input to various applications or platforms.
  • Work independently on special projects and assignments.
 
Job Qualifications:
  • College degree (2 or 4 year) preferred
  • Critical thinking skills / Problem Solver
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • 1-2 years previous experience as healthcare compliance / licensure coordinator preferred
  • Working knowledge and experience in Human Resources
  • Experience conducting and scheduling backgrounds, screenings and employment verifications via telephone and email
  • Must be able to build rapport via phone and email, and achieve compliance goals through professional and courteous communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; phone skills
  • Must have great attention to detail and prioritize accuracy and efficiency over other objectives
Hours:
  • Monday through Friday 4 to 5 hours per day
