Exchange Administrator ( Exchange 2010+ / Active Directory / Hybrid )

Job Description Overview
•Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks.
•Lead projects which will include development of plans, project schedules, and communication of status updates on project milestones.
•Off-hour on-call coverage for on premise email related services
Desired Experience:
•Office 365 and Exchange Online administration
•Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/Configmgr) administration, operating system deployment, application packaging, and software deployment
•Exchange Hybrid with Azure Active Directory Connector Integration
•Citrix XenApp 6.5 or greater administration ( Nice to Have ) 
•Intune administration
•Knowledge of scripting languages (Windows PowerShell and VBScript)
•Project management experience or strong interest in learning how to manage projects
•Security+ Certification 
•Provide sole administration of on-premise email related services (i.e. Exchange 2016, Proofpoint, Exchange Online)
•Participate in shared administration of Office 365 workloads and mobile device management services (Airwatch, Intune)
•Provide backup administration for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Citrix XenApp
•Develop and document installation, operation, and configurations procedures
•Ensure proper change management and documentation
•Provide technical support or perform system maintenance after hours
•Three (3) years or more managing a Microsoft Exchange at least 2010 ideally 2013 or 2016 multi-server\multi-site environment using database availability groups
•Three (3) years or more managing an email security and relay solution (such as Proofpoint or comparable solution)
•Five (5) years or more managing Windows Server Operating System (2012/2016)
•Active Directory administration
•Working knowledge of TCP/IP-based Local Area Networks (LANs)
•Must be able to work effectively with peers in a team-oriented environment.
•Ability to work in a self-directed manner on multiple tasks or projects, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Proven ability to develop a project plan and then work that plan to successful completion
•High level of professionalism, particularly working with and assisting clients with technical questions and issues.
•Must be process and detail-oriented.  Must demonstrate sound troubleshooting methodologies.
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
