A CRM Developer works to help create programs that support the CRM team. Tasks include but are not limited to facilitating automation, data pulls for analysis, and campaigns for sales and special events. In addition, the CRM Developer will help research competitor marketing tactics as well as develop new ideas as part of a team effort. The CRM Developer must be well spoken/written, friendly, and eager to dive into a fast paced environment.
  • Automating repetitive tasks to increase team efficiency
  • Creating campaigns devised by Product and CRM teams to spec
  • Collaborating with a team to address technical crises when they arise
  • Identifying legitimate technical problems
  • Working with QA to reproduce and resolve rare technical problems
  • Thinking creatively about new ways to engage players through promotions or contests
  • Helping devise and implement exciting customer appreciation programs
  • Anticipating potential problems or confusion with upcoming promotions, contests or game features
  • Monitoring and reporting promotions and game features in our competitions' apps
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Programming Experience Required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Python or other scripting language preferred
  • Proficiency with UNIX and shell scripting preferred
  • Proficiency with SQL preferred
  • Comfortable learning new technologies
