Job Description Summary
This position is responsible for engineering, designing, testing, and maintaining the mobile technology landscape (including MDM, MAM, BYOD, mobile devices). The broader responsibilities include project management, cost/resource estimation, budget management, cost optimization, and development for future state roadmap and strategy.

Job Description
This position will drive all aspects of the mobility technologies including configuration, deployment, patch management, monitoring, tracking, and support phases. This position will also take functional requirements presented by team members, the Technical Relationship Management organization, the Business Relationship Management organization, as well as various business segments. Upon receiving these requirements, the candidate is responsible for transforming those requests into realistic solutions that increase operational effectiveness for our customers and/or reduce operational complexity. The candidate is responsible for driving mobility related projects including but not limited to configuration, installation, standardization, and rollout of mobile policies. The candidate will provide cost estimates and manage the budget as it relates to Mobility initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for providing time and resource estimates for managing the workload of third party and contract resources for Mobility related projects.

  • Mobility Infrastructure and capacity management
  • Security integrations
  • New policy rollouts
  • M&A integrations
  • Collaboration and Expense management as it related to mobility
  • Mobile application support
  • Equipment and Platform standardization
  • Mobility project planning and implementation
  • Prioritization of projects based on highest and best use for the available funding
  • Budget management for Mobility projects
  • Manage outsourcing partner and resources from third party consulting providers
  • Work with Program Managers to provide input, status, risks etc. to the integrated plan
Responsibilities for this position include the following:
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Hardware sizing, refresh, and upgrades
  • Project estimation and budget management
  • Resource planning and Resource management
  • Lead projects and work with Project/Program managers to track and manage status, risks etc.
  • Work with external partner and customer organizations to integrate and enable mobile services
  • Drive roadmap and strategy which includes TCO and cost optimization strategies
  • Product research and keep up to date on new trends and technologies in this space
  • Define, maintain, and publish documentation standards and Service Levels
  • Ensure deployment strategies, processes, and procedures are documented to standard
  • Provide project status updates
  • Attend/lead team meetings ensure deliverables are met and documented, and prepare reports & presentations as needed
  • Collaborate on Application testing lifecycle management
  • Driving Innovation to help reduce Operational complexity
  • Act as a change agent for improvement of our client's mobility initiativesIdeally, the candidate must have prior experience working with multiple aspects of engineering and deployment of MDM and MAM (on premise & cloud)) and have a BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Additionally, the candidate must have strong knowledge of Microsoft and AirWatch mobility technologies and Industry Standard Applications/Tools. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft deployment tools is required.  Familiarity with iOS, Android, security, networking, exchange, PowerShell and mobile technologies.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of managing teams and third-party resources
  • Experience with the deployment of mobile and integration of MDM solutions
  • Experience with mobile enterprise architectures, including infrastructure, remote network access, and identify management
  • SME level of AirWatch back-end server and console support
  • Provide recommendations for optimization and assist with implementation of any improvements identified
  • Plan and coordinate upgrade and maintenance activities for the Airwatch environment
  • Coordinates IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management.
  • Experience with security system life cycle management solutions for applications, network and infrastructure
  • Provides training for system products and procedures.
  • Create and maintain documentation to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Configuration Documentation, Policy Documentation, and Training Documentation.
  • Minimum 2 Years Conceptual knowledge of the following regulations: PCI, HIPAA, GPDR
