Our client, located in Whippany, NJ, is currently seeking an Actimize Developer. This is a permanent position.

Qualifications include:

Perform analysis of business requirements and convert them to product / technical solutions for installation, modification and implementation of functionality on Nice Actimize AML solutions like - Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) and Risk Case Management (RCM).
· Participate in data requirement analysis and assist with creating data mapping between source systems to AML solution data structure.
· Perform configurations, patching and upgrades for Nice Actimize AML Solutions.
· Support ad-hoc inquiries from stakeholders, clients, audit and other technical teams.
· Lead troubleshooting of issues to ensure quick investigations and resolutions.
· Formulate test cases and test plans. Prepare test data and provide support in the testing process.
· Lead technical team, train and oversee junior team members to ensure the team delivers stable functionality on time.
· Produce documentation required for the implementation of Actimize solutions – production checklist, deployment plan, deployment instructions as well as support production set-up.
· Work closely with offshore development teams to ensure efficient delivery of Actimize solutions.

Basic Qualifications/Skills
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
· 4+ years financial services experience
· 2+ years of experience in Compliance or Financial Crime in a large global financial institution or equivalent.
· 2+ years of experience in implementation and upgrade of Nice Actimize AML solutions (SAM, WLF, CDD).
· 2+ years of strong experience with AIS and RCM Designer.
· 2+ years of SQL experience in development on SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
· Demonstrated knowledge of banking and/or brokerage industry, products and services.
· Experience in and strong understanding of AML, Sanctions, governance and regulatory control frameworks and best practices.
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Dedicated to upholding our clients' values and high quality standards and customer service focus
· Support project management needs as required, including:
o Track deadlines, milestones, calendars/meetings
o Produce meeting materials and facilitate meeting logistics
o Collaborate with other teams as needed to gather and share information, identify options, etc.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
· Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to operate in a challenging fast-paced environment.
· Ability to act decisively and independently in situations requiring quick analysis and decision making.
· Knowledge of programming languages preferred.
· Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
