Adobe Audience Engagement Manager

 The Audience Engagement Manager defines the target audience to feed into the experience optimization plan. This candidate will support the aggregation of first and third party audience data from cross-channel marketing efforts and manage the DMP to support the execution of paid digital marketing campaigns.
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
·        Lead digital audience efforts
·        Determine correct target audience for campaigns through thorough analysis of testing performance reports
·        Support the tracking and management of DMP/DSP data
·        Manage the DMP platform (Adobe Audience Manager)
·        Work closing with the other marketing towers teams: Customer Marketing Strategy & Planning, Advanced Analytics & Reporting, and Paid Media
·        Collaborates and partners with other Digital Towers, FAF, Product and Technology Leaders to enhance the customer engagement by improving campaigns and developing new marketing programs
 
Skills and Abilities Required:
·        Strong leadership and communication skills, including executing on performance
·        Broad knowledge of systems i.e., web, mobile applications, databases, APIs, consumer electronics and computer languages
·        DMP/DSP expertise - hands on experience in Adobe Audience Manager is a plus
·        Knowledge of digital paid media tactics and use cases
·        Ability to evaluate concepts and present recommendations to senior leadership
·        Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
·        Experience in the QSR space, Retail, or related industry
