Job Duration: 7 months (subject to renewal) 
Nationality Preferred: Arabic 

Job Responsibilities 
Assisting General Manager in all works; attending and participate meetings with GM 
Local and International travel to attend meetings, accompany Emiratis and Japanese guests 
Make minutes of meetings, preparing reports and various report of activities 
Make official letters in English and Arabic 
Communicating and maintaining networks with Emiratis for enhancing close relationship with UAE and Japan 
Translation between English and Arabic 
Interpretation between English and Arabic 
Flight reservation for staff and guests 
Gathering various information for strengthening office activities

Skills

Should have good communication skills in English and Arabic
