One of our cleint, An oil and Gas company looking forward to recruit ' Sr.Office Administrator' in Abu Dhabi.

Minimum Requirement
  • Completion of Bachelor Degree
  • At least 5 years experiences in similar position.
  •  Excellent at all aspects of English and Arabic languages (being bilingual is essential).
  •  Documents and correspondence controlling skills and experience.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures.
  • Word processing programs at a highly proficient level. Computer - MS Office software package – an expert level. 
 Job Purpose
  • ·         Works in conjunction with Team Leader to ensure the section goals and objectives on field of the section office administration are met.

  • Setting up and maintains including updating the section filing systems (paper and electronic) assuring its compatibility with Company requirements.         ·

  • Screens, reviews, logs, files and distributes section correspondence.         ·

  • Prepares and files the section reports and informative materials and oversees them for quality assurance.          ·

  • Schedules and organizes section meetings including preparation of agendas and compiles meeting minutes.         ·
  • ·         Maintains the personal files of the F&R Team Members respecting its confidentiality
