One of our client,  looking forward to recruit  ' IT L1 Support'  in Saudi-Riyadh

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
L1 support on Tool administration like user admin, queue admin, meet day to day operational requirements on the tool (eGain, sugar etc.)
L1 support on the client applications operational on the desktops. This will include, browser admin (IE/Mozilla etc.), basic windows admin expertise etc...
L1 support on the server applications like service restarts, log maintenance, application patch updates etc.
L1 support on application uptime maintenance like running delay, weekly and monthly diagnostic checklists, taking basic corrective actions basis SOP's etc.…
Technical Skills/Experience
Basic knowhow on windows OS (server and desktops), browser configuration, networking, etc…
Able to present information clearly and in an appropriate style to make technical information clear
Able to contribute in team activities, sharing experience and ideas
Builds productive relationships internally and externally
Bachelor Degree or higher
IT qualification with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
2 + years of work experience in Contact Centre technologies
