Purpose of Job Performs inventory activities in accordance to Takreer policies and procedures. Ensures that stocks of allocated group of Spare Parts and General Consumables kept at optimal level with respect to equipment criticality. Level of Authority: Implements the approved Divisional and Departmental Policies and Procedures and Communications Matrix Endorses documents in accordance with the Departmental Procedures Control & Functions: Ensure correct, economic and timely replenishment of stock items of allocated groups. Controls and supervises the activities of the assigned Technical assistances Ensure timely replenishment and correctness of material reservations received from end users Reviews and Controls Inventory parameters during regular replenishment Constant study on obsolescence items and high value items and identify alternates in technical competency with the company process Ensure availability of the planned/reserved shutdown materials on time Stringent monitoring on nil stock items and expired shelf life material Monitors on slow movers, orphans and dead stock initiate appropriate action Coordinates for Write-off and Write-back initiatives with finance and warehouse Produces the Department's monthly / quarterly & yearly reports in coordination with Inventory Control Section Head And Material Specifications & Development Section Head Provide advises & guidelines and assist the assigned Technical Assistance Supports in achieving the department KPI targets
