Our client, a Government based Oil and Gas sector is looking forward to recruit for the position of "Succession Planning Specialist” in Abu Dhabi.

Direct Hire Position
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance and potential assessment of candidates eligible for high potential detection campaign.
  • Provide schedule feasibility of the ongoing and planned activities relevant to the high potential detection, and provides technical data required for lines decisions.
  • Conduct meetings with lines in order to apply the defined process related to High potential detection.
  • Establish report per division and per directorate.
  • Provide feedback to Talent Management department on the skills that require developments.
  • Collect, on a regular basis, from Talent Management department results of Leadership assessments for candidates in Talent Pool to be considered in succession planning.
  • Assist succession planning Manager in the Support Directorate succession plans.
  • Assist succession planning Manager in the Business Directorate succession plans.
  • Reviews the designs of High Potential detection and succession planning processes and propose enhancement when necessary and possible.
  • Initiates new methods and procedures to enhance the department performance.
  • Performs other similar duties as assigned.
