• 8+ years of relevant job experience
• Self-driven (initiative & drive things to closure) and has excellent understanding of QA principles.
•  Good change management skills
Proficient in English & Arabic(Native speaker)
•  Proficiency in Data Management and detailed analysis using Excel, Power Point and Word
• Experience in handling complex situations
• Good Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma Tools, should be Green Belt certified/Trained
• Work with Quality Assurance staff to drive Quality initiatives that incorporates learning techniques and assessment tools that enable agents to meet/exceed expectations.
• Incorporate & establish Transaction Quality  standards across all LOBs  in the span
• As an ongoing practice, monitor & conduct deep dive analysis on areas of opportunities within the account and implement corrective actions, to help achieve desired results.
• Performs Training Needs Analysis and creating Training Plan for the project team
• Plan, direct and supervise the work activities of the Quality and Training teams assigned.
• Work closely with operational teams for continuous improvements and provide required support.
• Proactively identify bottle necks in the process & suggest process improvements, using SQ approaches – Lean, DMAIC, six sigma tools (Fish-bone model, etc.)
