Our potential client, a Government based Oil and Gas Sector is looking forward to recruit for the position of "Senior Policy and Job Design Analyst” in Abu Dhabi-UAE
Job Description:
  • Responsible for creation/ enhancement/ improvements in Company HR Policy Manual, Employee Handbook and System Procedures manual. Ensures that policies and procedures are up to date and terms and conditions of compensation & benefits are competitive within the overall Group policies as well as provides advice on interpretation and clarification of policies
  • Periodically review personnel policies and procedures taking into consideration Divisions requirements and suggestions, submit proposals for amendments to policies and ensures up-date of approved Human Capital Policies & Procedures Manual.
  • Ensure that the cost impact of any policy proposal is accurately defined, covers both direct and indirect costs, and highlights all possible consequential effects.
  • Process all salary increase and re-grading arising from promotions, job evaluation, ensuring accuracy, timely completion and adherence to appropriate policies.
  • Advise Heads and Managers and staff on all aspects of compensation policies and processes, and deals with individual requests and cases appropriately.
  • Prepare the Salary review proposals, suggesting parameters to be used, producing cost implications, and implementing the final approved salary revisions.
  • Prepare the payment of bonus proposals to Management with various scenarios and cost implication taking into consideration the eligibility criteria and guidelines.
  • Maintain and update the SAP system to reflect the approved Employee Status Changes
  • Create, review and update organization charts on a continuing basis. Includes incorporating new jobs, titles, approved number of positions etc. Highlights discrepancies for any required actions that may be needed.
  • Support in necessary planning system with the required forms, tables, guidelines and reports for use by line managers and supervisors, coordinating with all departments, and divisions within organization, discussing Client needs and justification with them, assembling data, collating the data into a plan and submitting for executive management for approval.
