Job Purpose:

Develop strategic Budget & Planning for all the division in coordination with concerned Division Manager Sales. Identify and develop new products.

Principal Accountabilities:

1) Develop strategic budget & planning for all the division along with the concerned Division Manager to meet sales objectives.
2) Develop customer business plan (CBP), conduct periodic business review, negotiate & agree on business development agreement (BDA) to regulate the relationship with key account customers (KAC).
3) Conduct quarterly meetings with all the suppliers & key customers to maintain & develop professional relations.
4) Plan & prepare marketing activities of each store keeping unit (SKU) and brand & obtain prior approvals from the supplier's for each activity to ensure approved marketing activities.
5) Follow up with the payment made on behalf of suppliers to ensure timely collection.
6) Analyse the return on investment from each marketing activity to optimize the marketing investment in trade channels.
7) Conduct monthly sales and stock revision to avoid overstock.
8) Develop persuasive business proposals in line with company objectives to attract new brands
9) Coordinate with other functions of the organisation to facilitate customer service.
10) Present monthly/quarterly business review to the company management and principal companies to review performance.
11) Follow up with customers credit applications and answer all customers inquiries to maintain customer satisfaction.
12) Appraise existing staff and recruit new ones where necessary to optimize team performance.

Minimum Requirement:
  • Degrees & Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance
  • Knowledge & Experience: 7 - 10 years of experience in FMCG Industry, of which 5 years are at the commercial manager level.
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (English Language oral and written), including presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead a team and plan future capacity requirements
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period
  • Strong leadership, management qualities & negotiation skills
