Our client, a leading oil and gas company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Basic Function
Provide analysis reports on salary surveys and structures, compensation programs, market trends etc. Advice managers and employees on compensation & benefits policies and procedures, provide advice on the resolution of complaints and anomalies, administer employees' promotions and salary adjustments and ensure the compensation and benefit scheme is applied properly.

Minimum Requirements
  • Graduate in Business Administration or HR Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years experience in HR functions, 2-3 years as a Specialist in Compensation & Benefits in the petrochemical or oil/gas industry.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office package especially in MS. Access and Excel with excellent analytical and statistical skills.Knowledge of Hay Evaluation System
  • Outstanding written & oral communication skills andinterpersonal skills
  • The job holder must be highly numeric with excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional written & oral communication skills.
