A Multinational firm is seeking a HSE Instructor.


Responsibilities:

Deliver HSE courses to agreed local, international and/or company standards at Company's training facility, a client's training facility or in the 'field', as required
Assess/adapt training courses for regulatory requirements
Ensure all company-owned training equipment is in place, inspected, meets standards and that all training documentation/materials are also available prior course commencement
Coordinate with the administrative aspects of training courses & acts as primary point of contact for training course registration/signing & course certificates.
Coordinate training program development; conducts research & delivers results/recommendations
Manage training equipment maintenance
Complete 'Training Job Files' covering attendance, training summaries, evaluations, tests and certificates
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:

Assessor and HS Qualification
Minimum 3 years HSE training industry experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector
Wide-ranging HSE experience i.e. Fire Fighting, First Aid/CPR, , General and Advanced Safety, H2S, Authorized Gas Tester.
High-level HSE Certifications or Diplomas from NEBOSH, OSHA, and/or IOSH will be an added bonus
Proven ability to develop training programs specific to Client's needs.
Track record of successfully managing companies' internal HSE programs.
Excellent spoken & written English and Hindi mandatory; Arabic a plus.
Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills, excellent time management/ability to meet strict deadlines, PC/ MS Office literate, esp. Power Point
Direct & open style, persuasive, excellent verbal, written, & overall interpersonal and presentational skills, mature & presentable, able to win the confidence & respect
Ability to research/interpret regulatory requirements &/or complex course technical concepts & explain in easy-to-understand terms
Able to work independently, but promotes effective team working
