Our client, a government based Institution is looking forward to recruit for the position of "Executive Assistant " in Abu Dhabi ", UAE.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Having relevant post-secondary Diploma in Office Administration. A Bachelor's Degree would be an asset.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably reporting to a senior executive level position
  • Competent computer literacy and the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software packages in the Microsoft environment
Experience and Skills:
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Diplomacy, discretion and flexibility are essential
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office package, including Excel, power-point and preferably Access
  • Experience in developing and maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems
  • Experience in taking minutes is an advantage
  • Required to interact with Personnel, students and members of the community, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
