A. Roles and Responsibilities:
I. Develop, execute and regularly update a corporate international expansion strategy for the business based on factual market trends for the purpose of growing the company 's international presence.
2. Conduct thorough market research and stay on top of regional trends as a baseline for the international expansion strategies.
3. Conduct due diligence on potential partners or companies of interest prior to engaging with them.
4. Conduct feasibility studies for each country/territory of interest to measure the levels of business volumes and profitability.

1 5. Review and recommend to the Top Management countries/territories for expansion along with the best methods of entry into the particular country.
6. IdentifY location/region of interest outside the UAE in establishing partnership and expansion.
1 7. Establish communication, point of contact and relationship with prospective partners outside
the UAE.
8. Ensure periodic review and update documents of prospective regions and partners
9. Develop new and keep up the rapport already established with external partners, companies and government agencies of interest.
10. Send, receive and manage correspondence to and from external partners until business is fully handed over to the operational department.
11. Represent the company in discussion and meetings involving International Projects and other business associates.
12. Manage legal, licenses, permissions, and contractual matters with external partners in each country of interest
13. Manage the relationship with external partners and maintain regular coordination meetings
14. Obtain permission from Central Banks of potential countries for opening branches
15. Submit bi-weekly/monthly reports to the General Manager for Administration

I Business Communication Fluency in English and Arabic (Verbal & Written)
2 Computer MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Internet and E-mail

UAE License Holder
