A. Roles and Responsibilities:
I Maintain, develop and improve the IT infrastructure and networking in a way that meets the current and future needs of the business. This includes the SWIFT system, Reuters servers, telecommunication, AVAYA and IPVPN systems, database and data center management, all hardware and all operating systems...etc. Possessing knowledge and skills to operate redhat, Unix & Lynux operating systems.
2 Plan, define and seek approval for the IT - Infrastructure strategy, budgets, expenditures, services and resources required to meet the set goals and priorities.
. ") Develop & manage implementation of relevant IT policies, standards & procedures that ensures projects and initiatives are implemented on time and budget in line with the best practices for the company's IT infrastructure while ensuring cost efficiencies where possible.
4 Deploy and update security measures that actively protect the business including its data at all times and reduce threats to acceptable levels in line with industry best practices.
5 Seeking approval of senior management to improve and deploy all possible infrastructure, technology solutions and tools in order to ensure system uptime by scheduling and administering regular system maintenance as required, while conducting regular IT audit activities and system health checks to achieve and maintain the max possible system uptime.
6 Establish and maintain a system to receive and process IT related requests from branches and other departments with acceptable turnaround times while professionally being able to negotiate with them solutions that are in the best interest of the business.
7 Build and maintain valued dialogue with the user community at all levels and providing IT/IS
leadership across Company
8 Coordinate closely with the IT software and projects division to ensure timely implementation of projects while filling the gaps needed to ensure the success of delivering the mandate of the department.
9 Manage relationships with existing or new outside suppliers and business partners to meet agreed services and delivery targets. SLAs to be drafted where needed to ensure measures are monitored and evaluated.
10 Lead the IT infrastructure team to achieve highest levels of productivity and efficiency in delivering on tasks, role model the best practices to maintain a professional and healthy work environment and provide mentoring and career development for the staff.
II Generate and report regularly to the senior management on performance levels, needs of the IT
infrastructure and new innovations that adds value to the business.
12 Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management from time to time.

B. Profile:
Educational Background Masters Degree I University degree in Computer Science B.S. or
Information Technology or related field certifications
2 Work Experience I 0 years experience with all aspects of IT/IS, different OS platforms, Network Operations, Financial Applications, Support and service management

C. Skills:

I Business Communication Fluency in English (Verbal & Written), Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
2 Computer IT/IS, different OS platforms, Network Operations, IT Security, Financial Applications, Data Center Management, Support and Service Maintenance of Hardware & Software with knowledge ofthe following operating systems: redhat, Unix or Linux, Windows and
Oracle database system.@WIFT system knowledge is an advantage.\ >
