Our client, International group of company looking forward to recruit for the position of "Administration Executive in Abu Dhabi

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or Equivalent
  • Bilingual will be preferred
  • Computer & MS-Office Skilled
  • Well versed in English and Arabic
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in handling admin and secretarial work
  • Able to handle email communications and correspondence independently
  • Fielding telephone calls
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Filing and Faxing
  • Internet research abilities and strong communication skills through letters and emails
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
  • Others duties as assigned
