Job Purpose:
To Perform all coordination and secretarial jobs for Kitchen & Laundry Equipment Department.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. All the typing principal enquiries & day to day inter departmental communication.
  2. Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally to facilitate and rapid the work procedures.
  3. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness with in the office.
  4. Maintenance of Office record, diary and despatch for all the documents which is being sent to interdivision departments.
  5. Stationary & all the sundry requirements.
  6. Should be professional in MS office specially in creating Power Point Presentation
Minimum Requirement:
Minimum educational, professional and vocation qualification required.
Should be a Graduate
Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience.
Should have good command in English language with good typing speed, cordial, courteous and supportive to the staff.
