Job Purpose:
To support Projects Team and Administration staff in routine work.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Receive/direct calls and relay messages. Dial and connect calls as requested. Maintain a record of International dialled numbers.
  2. Greet guests and direct them.
  3. Maintain cleand and fresh ambience at the reception, monitor cleaners.
  4. Collate and update information in Project Unified Report for distribution, update Projects List, Corporate Calendar & JAM Projects Telephone Directory as per prescribed procedures.
  5. Receive all incoming documents and dispatch outgoing documents, stamp and record accordingly.
  6. Maintain soft records of all projects incoming and outgoing documents in MS Access Database and coordinate with document controller to circulate project documents/drawings as per prescribed procedures.
  7. Support Project's Team in typing and formatting drafts, reference letters/facsimile. take minutes of meeting in the Staff meetings or as when requested.
Minimum Requirement:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience in the office environment
  • Pleasing and presentable personality.
  • Highly proficient in computer application.
  • Punctual, organized and flexible.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
