Our client, from the hospitality industry is looking forward to recruit Executive Secretary to the Chairman & Managing Director

  • Good in Office Administration
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
  • Telephone calls
  • Maintaining & Scheduling Meetings for the Chairman.
  • Preparation for Meeting within the office & Outside Office.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • To type required documents in word both in Arabic & English
  • Good understating about company documents

    Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / College Degree with 3-5 years experience in Secretarial Operations
  • Should have Good Communication Skills Arabic & English
  • Computer Literate & Good Typing Speed
  • Applicants must be 24 to 35 years old.
