Job Purpose:
Assists in enhancing company's processes by analyzing business needs, detecting areas for improvement and developing new procedures that ensure higher productivity and customer satisfaction.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Contributes to achieving department's business objectives by meeting assigned goals.
  2. Establishes, develops and updates the Quality Management System of the company according to ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
  3. Assists in the integration of new branches within this business unit.
  4. Writes, reviews and updates procedures, forms, programs and specific documents.
  5. Assists in managing the audit team, providing training on audit approach and methodology, revising internal auditors reports and providing feedback and comments;
  6. Assist in planning and conduct internal audits of the company and follows up on the findings;
  7. Reviews and follows up regularly on the progress of yearly established Quality Objectives for all departments in all branches.
  8. Coordinates yearly Management Reviews, compile review inputs and follow up on review outputs.
  9. Provides support in procedures implementation to all departments in all branches.
  10. Follows up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  11. Follows up on non-conformity reports related to products.
  12. Supports and follow up on divert activities and special projects as requested by the Department Manager.

Minimum Requirement:
  • Academic Requirements: University Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality assurance
  • Ability to communicate in the English language fluently. Ability to produce written reports in the English language with clearly organized thought using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, etc.).
  • Organized, able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure, able to prioritize and manage a busy agenda, able to multi-task, customer-oriented, team player
