Our client, Government Company looking forward to recruit for the position of "QA Process Specialist in Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

Position: QA Process Specialist

Duration: 6 Months

Duties and Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities
  • Work towards the determined quality objectives and set KPI's
  • Monitor service provision processes and ensure its adequacy and maturity to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Promoting quality achievements and performance improvement by stating the advantages of such practice and distribute it among employees to increase awareness's
  • Participate in supplier audit to ensure adequacy of their systems and processes in order to grantee product supplied quality and specifications.
  • Review contracts to determine processes required to meet the requirements and avoid violations which may result in penalties.
  • Coordinating with different department to assure the processes interaction adequacy.
  • Ensures the availability of the required tools and equipment's to accomplish tasks and operations with high quality following a safe practice.
  • Develop plans to reduce service provision cost. This will include evaluating materials and equipment's as well as avoiding rework which result in indirect extra cost.
  • Monitor the process of interaction with the customer and ensures the recreant of customer requirement, assistance request, queries or complains in clear and understandable manner.
  • Approve new or changed processes after reviewing it and assuring its validity.
  • Provide assistance related to service provision process when approached by the employees.
  • Participate in accident and incident investigations to verify the validity of the practiced process and determine how it helped in the occurrence of the event.
  • Conduct awareness's session to demonstrate best practice processes in different areas and how it participates in minimizing errors in different areas.
  • Prepare reports stating systems, processes and areas to improve.
  • Assist QA manager in Evaluating and analyzing the internal and external audit systems.
  • Comply with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
  • Conduct Internal and external Audits based on the ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

People Management Responsibilites:
  • Provide oversight and direction to the employe es at different level with company in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures.

Strategic Responsibilities:
  • Analysing processes in practice to be adequate and matured in order to deliver high quality service and product
  • Setting departmental objectives to be in line with the organization strategy
